(SONMIAA), Mrs. Agatha Anubalu-Nsolibe, is a
triple badged Registered Nurse (RN) who is
licensed in Nigeria, Canada, and United
States.
She is also a Registered
Practical Nurse (RPN), Educational
Assistant (E.A) and Special Needs Assistant
(SNA) certified and practicing in
Canada.
Agatha, a nurse for more than 15
years, has experience in acute care,
critical care nursing, medical-surgical
nursing, geriatric nursing and mental health
nursing.
She is also an employee E. A staff
member at Toronto District School Board
(TDSB), and she has been with the board for
more than six years, supporting individuals
with special needs and vulnerable
individuals.
Additionally, Agatha earned her
certification in IV therapy from HCPT
College in 2024. IEN -Post RN certification
from George Brown College in 2017, and
Advanced Wound certification from HCPT
College in 2016.
Also, Agatha is the founder and CEO of
Coolchic & Daughters Inc, which has been
in existence since the year 2022.

of Nursing Ihiala in 2004, became a stress
manager in 2007, and was a TB/HIV
collaborator at the national industrial

to2017 prior to leaving for United States
where she is currently working with Angels
group home and pursuing her BSc. nursing at
Grand Canyon university.

Jude is
an experienced Public Health, Accident and
Emergency, Infection Prevention and control
specialist with hands-on and professional
training in reproductive health, Infectious
diseases, Prehospital Emergency Medical
Services (EMS) and Medical
care.
Jude has been Involved in Health systems
strengthening, Risk Communication and
community Engagement activities, First Aid
& Basic Life Support Training, COVID 19
vaccine administration and distribution,
WASH, Emergency preparedness and
response.
He has worked with several international
NGOs based in the United Kingdom, Africa,
America and Ireland.
He has also managed budgets and trained
Healthcare professionals with funding from
DFID/FCDO, OFDA, USAID and Irish Aid in
Nigeria, the United Kingdom, Liberia, Sierra
Leone, Lesotho, Malawi, Zambia and
Mozambique across various outbreaks
like the Ebola, Lassa Fever, Cholera, Monkey
Pox, COVID 19 outbreak and the Cyclone Idai
response.
Jude is a Registered Nurse with License

Kingdom and Nigeria and currently
undertaking his Master’s program in
International Public Health at the Liverpool

Jude has conducted several studies
alongside other health professional, Most

Virus Disease Survivors in Sierra Leone,

Discharge from Ebola Treatment Centres
''.
The results of the study served as a
Panacea for WHO, WHI and other partners to
fund the first Ebola Survivors Clinic in
Makeni. Sierra Leone.
Having worked with some renowned
organizations in Nigeria and abroad like
Critical Rescue International, Americares,
Goal, African Union, UKMED and Rescue
Technologies Limited, Jude Coordinated the
setup, recruitment and training of Emergency
Response personnel on the ambulances in the
latter.
He is the founder of ALLNURSES Nigeria
(a professional page on facebook for
Nurses), a member of the Board of Directors
of Swift Emergency Response ltd
He is the MD/CEO of Jlulex Medical
Services (an organization facilitating
access to a wide range of medical and
emergency ambulance services for all age
groups in Nigeria).

Neurosurgical Center Abuja in 2015 as an
OR/ICU RN and later became the OR manager.
He became a Medtronic Rep after special
training in brain and spine surgery by
Medtronic on neuronavigation-guided
surgeries, brain/spine implants, and
endoscopic neurosurgery in 2016.
In 2017, he was employed at the National
Hospital Abuja and became the team leader in
Neurosurgery OR. He became a student
