Canada.
Agatha, a nurse for more than 15
years, has experience in acute care,
critical care nursing, medical-surgical
nursing, geriatric nursing and mental health
nursing.
She is also an employee E. A staff
member at Toronto District School Board
(TDSB), and she has been with the board for
more than six years, supporting individuals
with special needs and vulnerable

Ukamaka Ohanuka (nee Nwaka) graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing in May 2008.
She began her nursing career in the Emergency Department of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital the same year.
She passed her NCLEX in 2011 and has since developed a distinguished career in nursing, specializing in holistic patient care across diverse healthcare settings including mental health, medical-surgical nursing, dialysis, and community health.
Ukamaka is a trained Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner in the state of Oregon.
She got her BSN from Western Governor University and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Public Health Nursing emphasis from Grand Canyon University.
She is a board-certified psychiatric nurse and currently serves as the Director of Ohans Care Homes, a 24-hour residential facility dedicated to providing care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
She also serves as a Charge Nurse in one of the hospitals in Portland Oregon where she utilizes her extensive nursing knowledge and experience to lead her team effectively and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Looking toward the future, Ukamaka has been accepted into the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP-PMHNP) program at Walden University, set to commence in Fall 2025.

The College of Nursing Ihiala retained him after graduating in 2012 as a Lecturer/Clinical Instructor until 2014. In 2014, he worked as an Accident and Emergency nurse at Annunciation Specialist Hospital Emene Enugu. He was employed at Wellington Neurosurgical Center Abuja in 2015 as an OR/ICU RN and later became the OR manager. He became a Medtronic Rep after special training in brain and spine surgery by Medtronic on neuronavigation-guided surgeries, brain/spine implants, and endoscopic neurosurgery in 2016.
In 2017, he was employed at the National Hospital Abuja and became the team leader in Neurosurgery OR. He became a student tutor/clinical Instructor at the University of Pecs, Hungary, in 2020. He has worked as a Charge Nurse in different hospitals in the USA. Upon graduating from School of Nursing Ihiala, he obtained his Registered Nurse (RN) license and began his professional journey at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital; he worked in OPD, Emergency & Bethsaida ward and later joined consolidated Breweries as Company Nurse
After few months, he relocated to Lagos State. He joined Critical Rescue International on arrival. In the course of his service, he enrolled & acquired certifications in some safety courses in General health safety and environment and Level 3 Health Safety & Environment by the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals.
He was deployed to work as locum with ExxonMobil in 2014. After a short time in ExxonMobil, he relocated to middle east & registered with Qatar Council of Healthcare Practitioners and has obtained nursing license, where he is currently practicing, he has worked with several establishments both construction companies and health care agencies which include Daewoo Engineering & Gulf Construction
During the onset of Covid-19, He later joined Primary Health Care Corporation Qatar (PHCC) working as Infection prevention & Control Nurse. He currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Texila American University Guyana, and has obtained certifications in Occupational Health &Safety, T-BOSIET, ILS & ALS from European Resuscitation Council.
